You are looking at a selection of paintings which I have done over the course of the last few years and which will be updated regularly.
A little about myself:
I’m originally from France. I earned my degree in decorative painting (Gold Medal 1977) after attending Brussells’ well-known art institute, The Van der Kelen de Bruxelles. My close association with my mentor, Ms. Irene Groudinski of Milan, enriched my knowledge of the Italian tradition. During the early period of developing my craft, I created the décor for illustrious clientele such as Rudolf Noureyev, Marie Helene de Rothschild and Princess Fyrial of Jordan. I have also had the good fortune to work with decorators no less known such as Geoffrey Bennison, Mongiardino and Emilio Carcano. My work can be found worldwide- in Paris, Rome, Naples, Marrakech, New York, Marbella and Tokyo to name just a few locales.
I’ve lived in Brazil since 1984. My vocation continues to take me to work sites all over the country from Rio to Sao Paulo, to Florianópolis, Porto Alegre and Bahia, but also to Uruguay, Argentina and of course France where I work frequently. My work, always customized for each job, is created in private residences such as apartments, houses and fazendas as well as in commercial venues such as boutiques and hotels such as the Copacabana Palace in Riode Janeiro and the Club Med in Rio das Pedras, Brazil.
